Anything that has occurred in your life up to this point in time is ancient history. Your past does not determine or dictate your future in any way, unless you allow it to. What many of us forget is that our ability to create the future of our dreams hinges on our ability to enjoy the present moment. What action will you take today in order to create the life that you desire? You have the choice of deciding who you want to be in this moment and what you want to create for your future. Drop the past. It’s time to live in the now! That is the secret to a happier future. In the words of Eckhart Tolle, “Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have.
