It’s important for you to understand that none of us were born with low self esteem. Many of the beliefs that we have about ourselves now were conditioned by the environment that we grew up in. In turn, these early observations and experiences shape our self-concept. This is why it’s so important that we actively build and cultivate our self esteem on a daily basis.
