Back in my 20’s, I would have been reluctant to do so, because I felt depressed, frustrated, and embarrassed. However, today I feel empowered to share my hair loss story. A lot of men have been asking me to do a video on this topic because they are going through the same experience that I went through, and are looking for advice with regards to how I coped with this process. First and foremost, if you are someone who is experiencing hair loss, I want you to understand that I know exactly how you feel. As men, so much of who we are and our identity is based on how we look, and hair is a big part of that. My hair loss story was a large part of my identity for many years. Nobody wants to lose their hair.
